"In Financial Crisis, No Prosecutions of Top Figures"

Gretchen Morgenson, the Pulitzer Prize winning writer for the New York Times, wrote another brilliant article today. Here we are almost three years since a mix of malfeasance and arrogance caused the financial meltdown that has wreaked havoc the world over, and no major figure from Wall Street has been indicted, let alone been sentenced to jail.

Now, contrast that to the life sentence given thousands of Madoff investors, innocent pawns in Madoff's fraud, the SEC's ignorance, FINRA's ineptitude, and SIPC's wanton disregard for the law, as the Trustee for the Madoff bankruptcy moves forward with his avoidance actions, while running up astronomical legal fees.

This is justice?
